Corporate Environmental Training
Environmental compliance is not achieved through documents and declarations alone; the team working on site also needs to know what to do. As Asel Environmental Consultancy in Antalya, we provide in-house environmental training for businesses: from waste management to chemical safety, and from zero waste practices to emergency response — at your facility or online.

Why is training an obligation?
Inspections look not only at files but also at practice on site. Whether staff know how to separate waste, how to store a chemical and what to do in case of a spill can be questioned directly.
Beyond that, a system only lasts if the team understands why they are doing it. In a team that does not understand the practice, even the best-designed waste area returns to its old state within a few months.
Our training topics
• Waste management and zero waste practices — separation at source, labelling, temporary storage rules
• Hazardous substance and chemical safety — reading safety data sheets, storage and transport rules
• Environmental permit processes and EIA awareness — process knowledge for managers and administrative staff
• Emergency and environmental incident response — spill and leak scenarios, first response steps
• Water and energy efficiency — saving habits that can be applied in daily operations
• Sustainability awareness — including guest communication in tourism facilities
How we deliver training
Training is tailored to your company's sector, the size of the facility and the team's division of responsibilities; it is not a ready-made presentation but is explained with examples from your own site. We can deliver it face to face at your facility or run it online.
In facilities working in shifts, we split training into several sessions so that production or guest services are not disrupted. Participants receive a certificate of attendance, and training records are filed for presentation during inspections.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a training session take?
It depends on the number of topics and the participant profile. A single-topic session can be completed in a few hours, while a comprehensive programme is spread over several sessions.
What group sizes do you work with?
We recommend keeping groups to a reasonable size so the training is effective. In large facilities, we split training by shift and department.
Is the certificate an official document?
It is an in-house certificate of attendance showing participation. Where the legislation separately requires a specific training certificate, we also tell you which route to follow.
Is online training enough?
It is usually sufficient for awareness training. For hands-on topics such as waste area organisation or emergency response, however, we recommend on-site training.
If you are not sure which topics your team needs training on, let's review your business's activities and inspection history together and draw up a training programme tailored to you.
