ISO 14001‑9001‑45001 Management Systems Consultancy

Compliance with quality, environmental and occupational health and safety standards can be a requirement in tenders and supplier relationships. As Asel Environmental Consultancy in Antalya, we help you set up ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, prepare for certification and maintain the certificate afterwards — and if you wish, we design all three standards as a single integrated system.

What does each standard do?

• ISO 9001 — Quality Management System. Ensures that processes are defined, traceable and open to improvement. It is among the certificates that may be requested in tender specifications.

• ISO 14001 — Environmental Management System. Based on identifying environmental impacts, monitoring legal compliance and continual improvement. It also brings order to your environmental permit processes.

• ISO 45001 — Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Built on systematic risk assessment and employee participation.

Because the three standards share a common structure, they can be combined into a single integrated system. This can reduce the number of documents, the training workload and the number of audit days.

How does certification work?

1. Gap analysis — The business's processes are compared with the requirements of the standard and the gaps are identified.

2. System design — A process map, a risk and opportunity assessment and a list of legal obligations are prepared.

3. Documentation — Policies, procedures, instructions and records are prepared to match how the business actually works.

4. Implementation and training — The system is put into practice on site and relevant staff are trained.

5. Internal audit and management review — The system is audited internally before the certification audit.

6. Certification audit — The accredited certification body you choose audits the system on site.

7. Maintenance — Surveillance audits and continual improvement work continue.

Frequently asked questions

Do you issue the certificate?

No. Certification is carried out by independent, accredited certification bodies. We provide consultancy during system set-up, documentation and audit preparation, and we are with you on the audit day.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the business, the number of processes and the state of existing documentation. After the initial gap analysis, we give you a realistic timeline.

Does it make sense to get all three at once?

Because the three standards share a common structure, setting them up together means fewer documents and fewer audit days. If you do not need them all at the same time, we can also proceed step by step.

We have the certificate but the system stayed on paper — what should we do?

It is a situation we see often. We review your existing system and align it with your business's real processes, which prevents findings in surveillance audits.

If a tender has asked for a certificate and you do not know where to start, let's assess your current situation together and work out which standard to pursue and in what order.
