This notice explains, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), how the personal data of people who visit aselcevre.com and contact us is processed.

What data do we process?

– Your name and surname, company name, phone number, email address and message content that you send us via the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp

– Account information of our clients who log in to the client portal, and the documents shared there

– Cookies required for the site to work and visit statistics (by Wix, which provides the site infrastructure)

For what purposes?

To respond to your request, prepare a quote, carry out our consultancy service, fulfil our legal obligations and keep the site running securely.

Who do we share it with?

Your personal data is not sold and is not given to third parties for advertising purposes. Only when needed for the service and to the extent permitted by law, it may be shared with the competent public authorities and with the providers from whom we obtain infrastructure services such as site hosting and email. These providers' servers may be located abroad.

Our social media posts

Posts on our Instagram and Facebook accounts are published from content we prepare ourselves, via automated software. This software only posts to our own accounts. It does not collect or store the personal data of visitors or followers.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in the law, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights and data deletion

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, and to ask for your data to be corrected or deleted. To use these rights, or to ask for your data to be deleted, simply send an email to info@aselcevre.com with the subject "Data request".
