Environmental Impact Assessment

It is an environmental impact assessment report prepared to determine the positive and negative effects of the projects planned to be realized on the environment. For the projects whose types and capacities are specified in the Annex-1 and Annex-2 lists of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation, published in the Official Gazette dated 25.11.2014 and numbered 29186, a Project Introduction File and EIA Report must be prepared in accordance with the regulations before the activity starts. The EIA Report is prepared for the activities included in the Annex-1 list within the EIA regulation, and the Project Introduction File is prepared for the activities included in the Annex-2 list.
