Enterprises included in Annex-1 and Annex-2 list of Environmental Permit and License Regulation; It has to take environmental management services from environmental consultancy firms authorized by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. In this context, our company will ensure that your business operates in accordance with environmental legislation, environmental permit-license processes, necessary declarations and notifications, monthly inspections, routine trainings, and communication with the competent authorities. During the inspections to be carried out by the competent authorities, the relevant engineer will be present at the enterprise and will provide the requested information-documents. The relevant engineer will be at the enterprise on the day specified in the monthly work calendar prepared for the enterprises to which he provides environmental management services, at least in the first or second half of the day recorded on the system, and will carry out the business and operations related to the enterprise.
